There are just a couple of things you should know before your purchase a R.E.Load bag. Here's
the low-down on our bags, what we guarantee and what you can exchange:
We specialize in making custom bags. We try our best to work with you through the ordering process and want to
help you decide what bag, features and colors are best for you. We want you to be very satisfied with your bag.
Since every bag is made to order, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Stock bags may be exchanged for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
Stock bags are any standard bag with no extra options, black velcro closures and black trim. In our business, it is difficult for us
to re-sell custom orders. We make every bag to meet the specifications and needs of the individual. If there is
something about your bag that isn't the way you imagined it would be after you receive it, call us and let us
know.
Custom stock bags and accessories may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Also note: Our Deluxe and Courier models are very large. Make sure before you order one of these models that you are aware of the
bag dimensions and how a bag of this size will work for you.
Deluxe/Courier dimensions: 15"H x 19"W x 10"D
(Dimensions for bags are taken from the base and represent a "full" bag. Empty bags may be wider due to flattening of the side dimensions.)
Please DO NOT send your bag back without contacting us and getting an approval number. NO refunds will be granted
and bags sent back without an approval number will be returned to the sender. Additional shipping will be charged
as well. Say you ordered a plain bag with no custom extras (that includes pockets!) and the bag is too big or
too small. You may exchange it for a different size. Whatever you decide, please... talk to us first. |

All of our products are covered against defects and craftsmanship, which is basically all stitching and seams.
If you feel your bag is defective, contact us before sending it back. We will also replace the main strap for
FREE (not including shipping). Call us for more info.
