How long will my order take?
We ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for your custom order. It really depends on how many orders we have at the time.
We do have a schedule, and in most cases we can tell you exactly what day your bag will be made when you order
it. But orders are on a first come, first served basis. We will not put you on our production schedule until we
receive payment for your order.
How do you ship?
We use UPS ground service, which is reliable and trackable. If you'd like faster service, let us know and we'll
arrange it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, quite often. We use United States Postal Service Global Express shipping because it is the cheapest
trackable worldwide shipping available. Delivery is within 3 days, although chances are it'll spend some time in
customs after that. Cost is $45 to most international locations (for one bag; multiple bag shipments are based
on weight).
How can I get a quote for a custom design?
Just email us a jpg of the design, or a website where we can view some of the elements, and we'll give you a
quote. Most of the time the same day. please see the "how to order a custom bag" link for further information.
Can you custom design pockets for my (fill in the blank)?
For the most part, the answer is yes. We just need to have the dimensions of the object. Price varies, of

I bought a bag from you, and I realized that I should have gotten some additional features... can I send it
back and have them added?
Sorry, but no. Taking apart a bag is almost as hard as putting it together, since we double or triple-stitch
almost everything. Please take the time to consider everything you need when you order, because you will have
your bag for a looooooong time.
Can I get a bag in different dimensions than you offer as standard models?
Yes! We usually just charge $5 extra for the new pattern.
I got my bag last week, and it's exactly what I had in mind, with one problem - it's quite a bit bigger than
I expected. I'm not a very big person and when I put the bag on I feel like I'm swimming in cordura.
Before you order a bag, keep in mind that the dimensions we list are for the bottom of the bag, not the top. The
bags get wider as you go up. They are wider where the flap folds over than at the base. The side dimensions
become flattened when a person is wearing the bag and it is empty. Empty bags seem "larger". Our dimensions
represent a "full" bag. If you are a small person, you may prefer a civilian over a courier. Feel free to ask
if you need help choosing the bag model that is right for you.
Why don't you guys use zippers?
Zippers break. And zippers rust.
